Service Delivery.

We recognise that each client has a unique set of needs and priorities. While some prefer to meet or communicate frequently, others may take an entirely different view. To accommodate, we have three service offerings available to new clients – ‘Core’, ‘Active’ and ‘SMSF’. Which option is best suited to you will ultimately depend on your personal requirements and should be discussed with us, however, all clients benefit from the following key services:

  • Regular Review Meetings
The purpose of review meetings is to re-examine your overarching financial objectives, focusing on your values and goals and then benchmarking progress against stated objectives. These reviews may include recommendations or action steps to fine-tune your strategy.
  • Dedicated Client Service Officer (CSO)
A CSO is committed to providing a client with rapid-response administrative support. We understand that you want your issues solved quickly and correctly, the first time.
  • Personal Adviser Support
In addition to the administrative support provided by your CSO, you will also have access to your personal adviser, which may include annual or bi-annual review meetings and unscheduled communications with each other. Our ‘open-door’ policy ensures that you have a constant ‘gateway’ to investment or superannuation advice when you need it.
  • Investment Management & Reporting
We will regularly monitor your individual assets to ensure that your portfolio and strategy remain on track. We will also provide regular investment reports, which include consolidated investment balance details, performance data and personal benchmarking information.
  • Cash Flow & Debt Management
As part of the review process, we’ll regularly monitor your cash flow and debt levels to ensure that your goals are achieved and debts are paid down in an appropriate time frame.
  • Asset Protection & Estate Planning
We will regularly assess all threats we see to the achievement of your plan. This includes life, disability, trauma risks along with property and investment risks. We will also work closely with your lawyer and stakeholders to ensure that your estate planning affairs remain in order.
  • Centrelink Alerts
WS regularly monitor your potential social security position and alert you to any action required to maximise your entitlements.
  • Ongoing Communications
Clients receive a monthly newsletter including event driven updates and frequent market news updates, delivered by email.
  • Collaboration
Over time, most people are likely to require access to a variety of professionals for different purposes, ranging from taxation or superannuation advice to assistance with investments, finance and estate planning. We encourage collaboration between all external advisers (ie accountants, lawyers, brokers etc) to ensure consistent outcomes for our clients.
  • A Trusted Partner
You will benefit from having a trusted, reliable partner who is on your side, always.
